4 oz meat/1/2 cup cot cheese/broccolli/3 fish/flax pills and some rice
5oz chicken
1 serving whole grain pasta (1/6 box)
1/3 cup homemade sauce
8oz 99% lean ground turkey
1 cup raw spinach with tbsp evoo
10oz chicken breast
Huge bowl of salad with mixed greens, grape tomatoes, cucumber, fresh herbs, 3tbs EVOO and freshly squeezed 1/2 lemon.
Ceylon tea afterwards
8 oz ground turkey
1/2 spaghetti squash with 3 tbsp pasta sauce
10 oz beef patty grilled 93/7
1 large yam.

Pancakes. AGAIN!
Post workout shake:
1 scoop of Dymatize Iso-Whey
½ cup of grounded oats
5gr micronized creatine monohydrate
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
breakfast shake
2 scoop myofusion (since it has half the claimed protein content and I have 3 tubs to use up)
5 eggs, 2 full 3 whites
100g oats
banana
couple strawberrys
water blended it up
and swalowed a couple fish oil caps
ummmm :)
