Having a hard time gaining weight

I am going to put out some rough numbers ( just calories ). I think they are close but not 100% accurate. I want to gain weight but seem to be stuck, and I thought I was eating enough but the scale will not move.....

I eat veggies as well but am not showing them as they do not add much calories. I currently weigh around 160-165lbs and I would guess I am around 12%bf. I am 33 years old, do no cardio but workout 3 times a week for 45 minutes.

Based on the numbers below I am just over 3000 calories. Should I not be gaining weight, am I missing something.

    Breakfast ( 700 calories )
    1cup whole oats 450
1 cup Liquid egg whites 120
    1/4cup cottage cheese 1% fat 100
    blue berries 30

Spaghetti (this is the only meal I do not know as I through out the package).
Basically it is just sauce and noodles. Throw in a few egg whites for an omelette. I know this is not helpful but I will guess low. The average size equals 300 calories.

Next two meals are pretty much the same. ( 930 x2 )
    Chicken breast 350
    3/4cup rice 480
    garlic dressing 100

    Tuna sandwich 400
    Apple & banana = 150

I think your overestimating your calories and you are not eating enough. also meal timing is important as well. I saw nothing about "pre-workout" or "post-workout"

    List these things for me.

    -what time you wake up
    -what time you start work/school
    -when your breaks are
-what time you get off (work or school that is)
    -typical dinner time
-what time you go to sleep
    -what time you workout.

I do have post workout shakes but they are just protein and water. It is only a couple hundred cals so I didnt mention it. Here are the answers to your questions though.
    Wake up 6am
    Start work at 8am
Break time is around 11am, and 2pm, 5pm
Get off of work around 7pm
I have dinner around 7:30 or so.
I workout at 10:30pm for 45 minutes then hurry home for a shake and bed.
So I am in bed around 11:30

On weekends I get 1 to 2 more hours of sleep. If I am tired in the middle of the week I take a nap before working out.

Having carbs pre and post workout are a must, no matter what time you workout!
