^^^ hmm then maybe we can write up a workout program for you too ...and then make transportation arrangements to get you to the gym? Im joking but id suggest going to diet section and also reading stickies re diet....that might be a good start...

Diets should be in place before starting any kind of cycling,
are you just doing oxy on its own?
    is this your first cycle?
how long have you been training?

Hmm can you guestimate LBM? or BF%?

I'd imagine your maintenance caloric intake should be somewhere in the 2700-3000kcal range. That being said, if you want to bulk go ahead and add on another 1000kcal or so. I'd aim for 3200-3700kcals per day. Break that down into 35/45/20 - pro/carb/fat. Shoot for around 300G pro, 400G carbohydrate, and 70-100g fat throughout the day.

If you divide your totals into 7-8 meals you can estimate macros per meal. Something like 40-45G protein, 55-60G carbs, and 10-20G fat per meal.

    Suggested foods:

Pro: Chicken breast, Lean beef, Turkey, Eggs/Egg Whites, Cottage Cheese, Tuna fish, Whey protein

Carb: Sweet Potatoes, Red potatoes, Oats, Brown Rice, WW Pasta, Lentils, Bananas

Fat: Natural Peanut Butter, EFAs (Olive, fish, flax oils), Milks

GL, take a look at some stickies or other posts to get a more detailed idea of how people break down their macros if ya want more info.
