I mix Oats with my protein shake. It takes a little getting used to but its not to bad!

1.5 cups oats,2 sccops whey, banana, and 2 cups fat free milk.
120 grams carbs, 75 grams pro, 10 grams fat
Approx 870 cals.
You can take that after a wrokout. or just a mid day shake.

As far as post workout nutrition goes, with a bulker, get some whey protein isolate, even whey protein hydrosylate if you can stomach it. Get some steel cut oats, and some milk. Make it into a 40 gram protein, 70 or so grams of carbs, put in a blender, and down. Don't forget your BCAAs and glutamine if you use those. Just make sure the macros fit into your daily intake
But most of the big shots just eat a whole meal right in their car after working out. Example, egg whites, sweet potatoes, and some fish oil.
On a side note, you might want to take it down a notch or you won't be here too much longer.
