Need Diet suggestions
17 yr old 175 lb football player trying to gain about 15-20 lbs of muscle mass. cant find a steady diet that i like or a weight gainer that truly works. If u have suggestions please tell me. Also suggestions on a good exercise program

Skip the weight gainers.
Eat 6 to 7 meals a day.
Make sure that there is 50grams of lean protein in each meal.
Try to eat as much as you can eat of low gycemic index carbs in each meal.
Or simply eat as much chicken and oatmeal as you possible can at each meal 6 or 7 times a day.
