    Need help losing weight!!!!!!!

    Im 26 yrs old 6' tall 340 pounds and desperately need help losing weight. i work out but go in spurts and need help with a diet that i can stick with. my goal is 70 pds. in may of 07 i was down to 256 and have since ballooned up to 340. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

    1) go to the "So you want to learn how to cut" Post.
    2) Get your BMR Using Harris Benedict Formula (To get your daily calories)
    3) Take 300 cals off of that (thats your total for the day)
    4) Get your ass UP Every morning, and do cardio, 45 mins to 1 hr. ( YOU CANNOT SLACK ON THAT)
    5) DIET RIGHT, Have Lots and lots of patience, Live by the minute and visualize your goals in a year. Do not get dissapointed if you do not see results quick, they will not show for 3 to 4 months. Stick to it, youll be happier and healthier in the end.
