arite!!as its xmas my deit is going a bit mad..im eating all my usual food my oatmeal,chicken,tuna etc but im eating loads of stuff like this morning i had a full english for breakfast and a turkey curry last nite etc but am still trying to find stuff around the house that hasd protien in it..ive got boiled gammon ham now for tea ...is that any good for you??cheers nath!
p.s im on a bulking diet!
