    Need Some Help!!!

    Ok im going to start eating veggies for all my carbs i think.....
    Except meal 1 and 2 and Pwo wont be all veggies,but heres the problem YOU HAVE TO EAT SO MUCH VEGGIES TO GET ANY CARBS WHAT DO I DO

    IM doing a serious cut, no more dairy, 2x a day cardio and gunna start carb cycling so im also lowering the starch in my diet buy adding veggies in 4 meals but that being said i have to eat like a pound of broccoli to get the carbs i need in say pre-wo meal

    good luck bro *L* i dont see it happening ..nothing aginst you but eating will be your job if u attempt thta plus theres a limit to a healthy amount of fiber you better drink you ass off or you will be so constipated it wont be funny...

    Eat more carbs from oatmeal in your 1st 3 meals, that should reduce how much veggies you need for the rest of the day.
    How many grams are you doing/day?

    Im doing 340carbs 2 days 225 2 days 175 2 day and 100 1 day not in that order.

    in the 340 dayds, have a cup of oats in each of the 1st 3 meals 3x57=171 grmas.

    I assume you have fruits, no?!
    lets say you'd have an orange and a banana thats another 50-60 rams of carbs, so far you consumed around 230 grams. so 110 grams from veggies shoulden't be impossible in 3-4 more meals.

    fruits will work i supposed..id personally choose carefully looking at gi/gl of fruit i choose...

    Fruits are good/bad at the same time.

    If you are trying to drop BF then you should consume fruits in the AM hours in the 1st stage of your diet, when you plateau and still want to go leaner is when you need to remove the fruits off your diet and depend o veggies.

    Ill use Fruit Post-Wo!!!!,Also im not doing cardio for a few days because of my sciatic it feels alot better after having some work done on it but im not going to jump right back into my Cardio, Im already in a deficit and i will still lose fat,but i feel there no point in risking injury to accomplish low bodyfat when my shirt isnt coming of till summer LOL

    BTW- I made some homemade Salsa and It the Bomb fo sho-Lmao

    apples and berries have the highest fiber so i would make them the bulk of the fruits in your diet... bananas are best pwo imo

    good point, cherries are awesome as well (very low GI). Plus fruit will really help with replenishing glycogen levels.

    Im Using Bananas PWO only i love them i really do, I just hope i can drop this last 3% of bodyfat i will be so happy to finally have abs.
