Typing this from a black berry. So sorry if its choppy. I'm 6 ft at 175lbs running around 12 percent BF. Did a cycle of test e months ago. Off the stuff right now. I need help with what to eat.
I like to eat 6 to 8 times a day. I lift in the evenings. I need a clean bulk diet. Using chicken. Tuna. Oats. Almonds. Pro shakes and cottage cheese. Can any one line me out?
