Thread: diet!

    Thumbs up diet!

    im currently on my cycle (3wks in) ive gone from 196lbs to 203lbs my workout is good and my diet is ok,but im finding it hard to stick to not only because its xmas but theres never the food i need in the house(starting my own shoppping now),so im starting from scratch because i saw this.

    and would like to achive something close to that,lose body fat and put on some good lean muscle.i only have these sort of things i can get in the cuopboards,
    eggs,tuna,peanut butter,cottage cheese,wholemeal bread,prawns,peas and carrots,oats,rice,pasta,potatoes and some sort of meat beans and fruit along with my protien shake and creatine

    breakfast 9.00
    beans on toast or bowl of porrage and eggs(whites orr??)
    protien shake,creatine and pre workout supp

    10.30 train then protien shake

    12.00 1 tin of tuna with salad cream and 2 peices of wholmeal bread

    2.00 ???

    5.00 meat, potatoes and veg

    7.00 1 tin of tuna and salad cream

    9.00 250g of cottage cheese



    could anyone help me chop and change it or add things to it out of that list for me please,i know it takes up a bit of time but your help would be appreciated

    think you would do better with more food in your diet. i like to do this:


    #1 eggs(whole and whites) and oats
    #2 chicken / potato
    #3 tuna / broccoli or whole grain muffin( i get ones with 8g of fiber each)
    #4 chicken / potato
    #5 tuna / broccoli or whole grain muffin
    #6 chicken / potato

    i recommend a lean protein source at every meal. no snacking and water only if possible. portion sizes above depend on daily calorie needs.
