    Question!!!

    after reading the "how to cut" i started it 2day, im getting RALA BIOTIN and glutamine, now when do i take the RALA and BIOTIN??? with the PWO? i have no clue but im spending a shitload of money to look like the dude on the bowflex comercials... lmao dont want to waste it
