    First cycle diet

    10 egg whites
    bowl oats
    24gr whey
    120ml milk
    codliver oil
    multi vitamin
    glucosomine

    ON wight gainer

    2 chicken breasts
    bowl vegtables
    2 slice brown bread
    flax seed


    2 chicken breast
    bowl brown rice
    24gr whey

    postworkout 50gr whey/cup oats

    can salmon
    bowl brown pasta


    can tuna
    100ml milk
    24gr protien blend
    peanut butter 2 ts
    multi vitamin
    glucosomine
    flax seed

    please make suggestion regarding my diet should i replace pasta with rice and whats our view on NORMAL potatoes(not sweet potatoes)

    Its terrible.

    You have 7 "meals" listed and protein powder is included in 5 of them. I would use it once a day only.

    Also you have no idea what your macro ratio is.

    Figure out how many cals you wanna take in, break it down into a proper macro ratio for yourself, get that into 7 meals and cut protein from powder sources down to once a day if you wanna have a good diet.

    Its not good dude as C Bino said theres no need to have 5 shakes a day, most, if not all your protein should come from real food.

    lets say i replace pataoe in postworkout with salmon canned

    and add 4 eggs in last meal im sure enough protein

    can you PLEASE help with diet
    im confused people say it more BUT iv been reading
    UNoffical "How to Bulk" thread and sample diet
    and it seems what im eating is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY more then the sample diet which is 2997cal
    so surely im al set to go

    Goal: (bulk, cut, maintain, etc)
    Weight:
    BF%:
    Activity level: (aka, do you workout 3-5 days/week? more, less, etc.)

    during cycle im going to make that 5
    bf dont know but abs are visible

    Okay and what's your weight? And you want to Bulk obviously if you are cycling, I assume at least.

    Don't be lazy. Add up all your macros and give them to us so we can make changes as needed.

    Go to F I T D A Y . C O M it will help you figure out how much you are eating by macros. By the way, I think it's been asked before, but what do you weigh? I know your other stats?
