    Diet On a crazy schedule??

    welll i want a diet but i dunno how to plan it around my schedule...tuesday through friday i work 5am to 330pm get up around 430am get a break at 745 to 8...have lunch from 1030am to 11am...break from 1 to 120pm...andget off around 330..what can i do to enusure my food intake is good and how should i plan my diet around these breaks ? what should i eat on the breaks? something easy to make i can take with me

    dude with those breaks it actually sounds like you have the perfect schedule for a good diet....a break every 3 hours or so.

    make chicken for the whole week bring, rice, almonds, protein shakes.

    remember, everyone has crazy schedules and they make it work so no excuses

    pre cook all your meals ahead of time and take them with you to work... those times aren't too bad and it's best to have whole foods where possible instead of shakes
