    Quinoa : a super grain for US!

    I know its supposed to go into the diet section, but more people will see it here. Check out this food as a superior grain (seed) to eat with a HIGH protien content etc. Im going for it for sure, how can you not? Here is the Wiki link, read up and go buy some!

    Been eating this for quite some time. Its good with just some cinnamon.

    Qunioa is a great source of carbs if you are in need of high starch carbs. on the contrary it is a very poor choice when it comes to cutting due to the high strach amounts it holds, like potatoes.
    Its usually used by marthon runners and tri-athletes.

    good info. its good for me cause i never cut lol. As with any other grain/starch, small servings with a meal is all you need! (1/4 cup or so?)

    i've tried it as well and it's pretty good... I just like other foods better and still meet my nutritional needs
