Diet for The day (comment please!!!)
1 scoop of Whey then 45 minutes of cardio (on an empty Stomach)
BF:
Half cup of Oats 20C 3F 5P 150Cal
1 cup of Fiber 1 20C 2F 5P 120Cal
Banana 5C 3F 2P 50cal
Scoop of Protein 4C 2F 24P 130Cal Totals.
Total 45C 10F 40P = 400Cals.
Lunch:
1 Low carb Wrap. 8C 2.5F 100cals
Pork Chops. Not sure how Much (lots of fat?) Somewhere around 40P 10F 0C
Half can of Tuna 15P 2F 0F 100cals.
Crystal Light.
Total 55 to 60P, 15F, 10C about 400 to 450 cals.
Went to the GYm and worked out Traps and shoulders for 45 minutes.
Pre Cardio.
1 scoop of whey 24P 2C 2F 150cal.
Then Did 30 minutes of Cardio.
Dinner:
6 slices of Turkey 30P 1F 2C 150cals.
2 Slices of Ham 10P 5F 2C 150cals
1 Low carb Wrap. 10P 4F 8C 100Cals.
2 Sugar Free Jello and 1 Sugar free Popsticle.
Also a Crystal Light.
About 450 calories Total. 55P 15F 15C.
Total so far, 180P, 65C, 45 to 50F. 1500 calories.
Stats, 5.6" tall, 165lbs, about 15 percent BF.
It is 9 30 PM right now, I do not go to sleep to about 2 or 3 AM.
Questions
A) What would you guys eat in your next meal.
B) My guilts of the day are way to much fat I believe as this is a cutting diet and waaaaay too much sodium. (your thoughts)?
C) Productive Day? I need some feedback I am being hard on myself.
D) I still have like 1 or 2 meals a day, what do I eat? Maybe at like 12M and thats it.
