    Diet for The day (comment please!!!)

    1 scoop of Whey then 45 minutes of cardio (on an empty Stomach)


    BF:
    Half cup of Oats 20C 3F 5P 150Cal
    1 cup of Fiber 1 20C 2F 5P 120Cal
    Banana 5C 3F 2P 50cal
    Scoop of Protein 4C 2F 24P 130Cal Totals.
    Total 45C 10F 40P = 400Cals.



    Lunch:
    1 Low carb Wrap. 8C 2.5F 100cals
    Pork Chops. Not sure how Much (lots of fat?) Somewhere around 40P 10F 0C
    Half can of Tuna 15P 2F 0F 100cals.
    Crystal Light.
    Total 55 to 60P, 15F, 10C about 400 to 450 cals.


    Went to the GYm and worked out Traps and shoulders for 45 minutes.



    Pre Cardio.
    1 scoop of whey 24P 2C 2F 150cal.

    Then Did 30 minutes of Cardio.



    Dinner:
    6 slices of Turkey 30P 1F 2C 150cals.
    2 Slices of Ham 10P 5F 2C 150cals
    1 Low carb Wrap. 10P 4F 8C 100Cals.
    2 Sugar Free Jello and 1 Sugar free Popsticle.
    Also a Crystal Light.
    About 450 calories Total. 55P 15F 15C.

    Total so far, 180P, 65C, 45 to 50F. 1500 calories.
    Stats, 5.6" tall, 165lbs, about 15 percent BF.
    It is 9 30 PM right now, I do not go to sleep to about 2 or 3 AM.
    Questions
    A) What would you guys eat in your next meal.
    B) My guilts of the day are way to much fat I believe as this is a cutting diet and waaaaay too much sodium. (your thoughts)?
    C) Productive Day? I need some feedback I am being hard on myself.
    D) I still have like 1 or 2 meals a day, what do I eat? Maybe at like 12M and thats it.

    So far you only have 2 legit protein meals. I would drop the protein shake for breakfast, and add in some egg whites and maybe a whole egg or two. I don't know what a low-carb wrap is. You need more than 15 carbs during your post workout meal. The pork chops are your only bad source of fat and sodium. I would cut out those and add some chicken breasts. I'd throw in some cottage cheese before bed... I dont know, thats all I'm seeing as of right now, but it's late. Where do you think all the sodium is coming from? Is your turkey and ham packaged?

    how do you do traps and sholder in 45 min... ? what do you do for those?

    ^^ I do the same thing in the morning; however if I do cardio after my workout I wait to take my shake after the cardio.

    did you have anything post workout?

    dropping the shakes throughout the day is good. one in the morning and one pwo should be enough. chicken or steak is a good choice any time, some complex carbs with them too.

    I feel like I want to kill someone right now, I kind of have a cold, so I had 2 cough drops, The mofos have 15 cals and like 4 grams of sugar each! AHH!
    Well, just had my last meal of the day. Some Turkey (6 slices), 3 slices of Ham, 2 SF jellos and 2 SF Popsticles.TOTAL, 40P, 10F, 5C, 400Cals.

    Please have in mind I only want to drop to about 10 percent BF. I dont want to compete or anything I just want to be in really good shape. So a little slack is allowed.

    Overall, 230P, 80C, 60F, about 1900 to 2000Cals.
    My BMI is like 2500 cals.
    WIll this sort of diet help me lose fat? I know its not the best but I want to take it kind of slow and not really kill myself.

    To make it better tomorrow,
    Add egg whites for BF instead the scoop of whey.
    No Whey before cardio?
    How many Grams of fat can I safelly have?
    The Turkey is packaged it has like 350Mg of Sodium per Slice!

    here is some diet stuff that i used - i dont do any of the suppliments - i do use soy protien and creatine (creakic) www.deadlinediet.com it is a four month prep to a contest - it has a diet out line to follow - im not hungry on it, i dont crave any thing(except ice cream) (---- thats my preg wifes fault

    yes i did - i only followed the diet not the sups... fyi for me it was a good out line and i have never followed a diet ever before that made me feel like i was not misrable

    sf stuff? why? get some real carbs or fat instead of that water and fake stuff

    if you are right about your calories it will. 500 calories under bmr/day ~ 1 pound fat lost in a week

    No Whey before cardio?you can in the morning, but either take the other scoop after your lift or space it out so you have a proper pwo meal
    How many Grams of fat can I safelly have?it depends, but your fats aren't the best. efa supps are good if you have room for them
