Airplane diet and 1 week away
I will be traveling for a computer boot camp soon.
My goal is to eat as much of my normal diet as possible.
I know I can't bring all my food for a week on the plane nor do I want to try and then throw it all away.
I don't want my bags checked, I dont trust airlines belly boys.
I plan on eating my normal diet for up to my flight and maybe a MRP bar.
I might train and do cardio if i can do it in between class.
When I arrive I will go buy a baby foreman grill and head to the local grocery store and buy meat for 5 days.
Precook my food for the day in the morning.
So I might be training, at worst I will do cardio daily as I normally do.
Anyone have any suggestions, and no I do not want to relax for a week, id like to stay on track focused.

In my past I have purchased grilled chicken breasts from chick-fil-a and a cesar salad from Mc'dees. Not the best...not the worst

that or subway has grilled chicken breasts you can buy from them.
if there is a store just go buy your food and some zip-n-steams and cook them. you should be ok. I'm assuming computer bootcamp (wtf is that?) is going to be a day thing so you'll have plenty of time in the evening to do your workouts and eat.

Here we go
I got the whey from GNC for when I wakeup precardio or PWO, the detour oatmeal bars for whey + complex carbs.
Also the detour has some decent fat in it incase I wanna use it for wakeup.
I got the tuna for an easy meal in the day, 36g protein and the regular blue one 45g about.
I got the Met-rx MRP bar just in case I can't make a meal, its like 32g carb and protein.
Really prefer no carbs but its better than nothing.
Since I cant bring my steamer I will use my old steam bags.
I will head to the local store, pick up my aspargus as usual.
Also I will pick up some chicken breast, turkey, no beef, tuna if needed.
Head to another store as soon as I arrive and find a baby foreman grill.
Daily wake up have whey protein/supps, go do cardio.
Come back to hotel, cook food for the entire day, and bag it in the fridge.
So thats my plan, Im sort of OCD about my eating schedule.
And I didn't work hard dropping BF to F it all up in a week offLast edited by jackjackson; 01-03-2009 at 06:46 PM.

Carry on, Just checked the site
just read this
All vital medicines, including insulin , pills and/or other prescribed medication
must be hand carried. We recommend all medication is carried in the original
prescription container when possible.
Just took all my pills out my ziplock bags and back into the bottles UGHH

the tuna isn't bad, i would eat that at school sometimes last year. its kinda plain but mixes with anything. some ceaser dressing isn't bad. i've never tried the other one. couldn't you just buy those when you get there though? and put some protein powder in a bottle and carry that on?
