Comments on the below diet please.... I am 26, weigh 255lbs with 10% bodyfat.... Have an office job, but work out when on roids for 1 & 1/2 hours a day for 5 days.

Oats, banana and protein shake 9:30 -
peanuter butter sandwich, banana, protein shake
11:30 -
wholewheat pasta, tuna, mayo
13:30 -
as above
15:30 -
lean mince, brown rice
17:30 -
chicken, brown rice
20:00 - POST WORKOUT MEAL
meat and vegs and fast carbs
22:00 -
Protein shake
23:00 -
Protein shake
I know I shouldnt have too many protein shakes, however I respond very well to them, and they are a good alternative for me.
Above yields around 5500 calories a day.
