Diet of a mass monster
Guys,
Comments on the below diet please.... I am 26, weigh 255lbs with 10% bodyfat.... Have an office job, but work out when on roids for 1 & 1/2 hours a day for 5 days.
7:30 - Oats, banana and protein shake
9:30 - peanuter butter sandwich, banana, protein shake
11:30 - wholewheat pasta, tuna, mayo
13:30 - as above
15:30 - lean mince, brown rice
17:30 - chicken, brown rice
20:00 - POST WORKOUT MEAL meat and vegs and fast carbs
22:00 - Protein shake
23:00 - Protein shake
I know I shouldnt have too many protein shakes, however I respond very well to them, and they are a good alternative for me.
Above yields around 5500 calories a day.

Bro, if you're 255 with 10% bf, I don't think more than a couple people on here could possibly help you. However, I could comment if you were to tell us your goals...

1 Medium Banana
1 Scoop Whey (25g pro)
3 whole eggs
4oz egg whites
55g pro, 80g carb, 14g fat
Meal 2 9:30 -
1.5C Brown Rice
10oz Rib Eye Steak
Greens (Spinach Salad, Broccoli) + EFA (Olive/Sesame/Flax Oils)
50g pro, 67g carb, 15-20g fat
Meal 3 11:30 -
1Can Albacore (Tuna Fish) + 1Tbs Mayo
1/2C Fat Free Cottage Cheese
3 Medium Red Potatoes
51g pro, 78g carb, 15g fat
Meal 4 13:30 -
1Can Albacore (Tuna Fish) + 1Tbs Mayo
3 Medium Red Potatoes
37g pro, 78g carb, 15g fat
Meal 5 15:30 -
10oz Rib Eye
1.5C Brown Rice
Spinach Salad + EFA (essential fatty acids) (Olive Oil, etc.)
50g pro, 67g carb, 15-20g fat
Meal 6 17:30 -
8oz Chicken Breast
1.5C Brown Rice
1oz Walnuts
55g pro, 71g carb, 18g fat
Meal 7 20:00 - PWO SHAKE!
Juice, Low GI Fruit, Dextrose, WMS, etc. (simple carb)
2.5 Scoops Whey
62g pro, 80g carb
Meal 8 21:30 -
10oz Rib Eye
1.5C Brown Rice
Spinach Salad/Steamed Broccoli/Asparagus
50g pro, 67g carb, 10-15g fat
Meal 9 23:00 - (Can make into a yummy shake)
1 Scoop Whey
1/2C FF Cottage Cheese
3Tbs Natural Peanut Butter
39g pro, 10g carb, 22g fat
Totals:
449g pro, 598g carb, 124g fat
34/45/21 ratio.
About 5300kcal there.

sizerp, there are some great meal suggestions in there that I will have to cycle in.
I am looking to bulk up... Next cycle I am doing 750mg of test each week and want to gain 1 & 1/2 stone more of muscle and then that will be it for me.... Just to look to get the proportions 100% on and then perhaps compete.

Best cycle for me has always been D'bol, Deca and Sus. Ive done three cycles in total.
You are roughly looking at 60g protein per meal, to be honest with ya, I keep fat lowish at about 50g a day and the rest of my calories are from carbs....Again I dont count em... I have never had to..... I just ensure plenty of carbs with every meal except my two late night meals.

2 ribeye steaks every day? That's too much money. There is a lot better, cheaper options out there
