I'd put in some protein into this meal. You can hard-boil some eggs on the weekend and have them all week. I'd go with 4 - 5 whites and 2 yolks

meal 2: serloin steak wrap, yogert 9:00am

Without knowing what's in this wrap it's hard to tell, but you know that dressings and cheese are full of fat.

meal 3: chicken wrap, yogert 12:00

    Same goes

meal 4: protien shake 40 grams 4:45pm pre workout

meal 5: protien shake post workout

meal 6: serloin steak, rice, veggie 8:00 pm

Good meal, sweet or red potatoes are also a good sub for rice. And would be a good idea for not only this meal but for the carbs in meals 2 and 3 as well.

Tuna is a good quick protein source to use while at work, and if you can find any Ezekiel bread at your local health food store get that and you got yourself a great healthy sandwich

Fat free cottage cheese or a complex amino protein source (BEEF) is a good addition to your 'before bed snacking' due to the duration of their digestion

    Comments in bold.
I spend a lot of time every Sunday night preparing my foods for the week and that wouldn't be a bad idea for you too.
Also what do you do for cardio?

I just use beef or chicken with sharp chedder cheese in my wraps. I do mma 3-4 times a week. That is pretty much my cardio. Thanks for the tips
