60 day super diet im trying

Anyway I thought that I would try this more outragious diet I thought of.

    2 chicken breast/day (dry)
1/4 at a time divided times
2-3 whey shakes as snacks kinda
1 rice cake after am cardio

I will continue to train as I am now

Now the only cardio I get is taking my bike to the gym 3/4 miles away and then back

now ^ cardio to 1hr on treadmill at hr 165bpm at 6am

Ive done done someting like this before but near as extreme!
what do u guys think I could expect in 60 days??

    6'2
    250
    17-20%

why are you doing this? why not just pick either a plain cutting (low cal), carb cycling, or keto diet?

This is just silly. Texas, you haven't said anything about your stats, age or goals.

T_own is right. Besides, that sounds pretty like a pretty unhealthy diet for 60 days.

i clearly stated my stats in the OP... i didnt seem as ubsurd when I first thought of it as it does now...

I may need to ad a bit more to the diet just for the simple fact I would be so damn hungry

Check out the cutting sticky. The diet just seems too extreme. Your body and mind will be so depleted without any energy coming in you'll likely just be tired or sick the entire time. Not a good way to diet. Plus, extreme dieting just sets you up for failure in the long run. Set up a nice diet, make a goal to lose 2-3 pounds a week and stick to it. You'll be happier and healthier.

    thanks alot u guys....
Alot of the info was a bit over my head but I catch some of it..
Ive been lifting (bulking and cutting also) for years, just not to the degree many of u guys...
I just got this wacky idea when I got sent some pics from over the holidays and in a couple of them I had a damn double chin!! I am about as heavy as Ive ever been but I just attributed it to muscle gain, although I had all put cut out cardio planning on starting it next month until I saw those pics.
I swear I didnt even turn my computer off when I looked at them! I just got up and went straight to the gym and wore out that treadmill almost crying! LOL
