1/2 cup of dreyer ice cream

Breakfast:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 PMS
2 cups of cooked white rice + 4 eggs (600cal - 700cal)
Lunch:
1 PMS
whatever's in our dinning hall at work ( healthy foods) 500-700 cal
Dinner:
1 double cheeseburger ( any fast foods), appr. 450cal
1 PMS
2 Snacks:
varies... ( 400-500 cal)
Total Cal: Min 5000
