    help with bulk diet!!!

    hey guys Im startin a cycle next month but Im having some doubts about my diet

    Here is my diet:


    meal 1
    -omelet (2 eggs+6egg whites)
    -protein shake (2tbs PB+1 cup oats+ 1 scoop whey protein+banana)

    meal 2
    -8oz turkey/ham
    -1C brown rice
    -spinach salad + olive oil/(flax/fish oils)

    meal 3
    -1 can of tuna +mayo+1/2C cottage cheese+ jalapenos
    -Medium sweet potato
    -fruit

    meal 4
    -8oz Chicken breast
    -1Tbs natty peanut butter
    -1C oats

    -creatine/glutamine
    GYM

    meal 5 - PWO shake
    -1.5-2 scoops Whey protein
    -2C skim milk
    -1C cottage cheese
    -1tb natty PB

    Meal 6
    -1 cup of brown rice
    -6-8oz chicken/steak
    -salad with olive oil

    Meal 7
    -6-8oz steak/chicken
    -2 medium red potatoes or 1 medium sweet potato

    calories between 2500-3300??



    And heres the diet I think I should do

    Meal 1:

    1 cup of egg whites
    2 whole eggs
    1/2 cup kidney beans
    1 cup non-starch vegetable of choice
    50 grams cashews
    1 small piece of fruit


    Meal 2:

    400 grams of plain yogurt
    2 scoops of whey {mixed in with yogurt}
    50 grams almonds
    1 Tablespoon of peanut butter


    Meal 3:

    7oz chicken breast
    large salad
    1 teaspoon flax oil
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    50g cheddar


    Meal 4:

    7 oz lean beef
    large salad
    1 teaspoon flax oil
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    50g walnuts

    Meal 5:
    Protein shake (whey+1cup oats+2 spoons PB)

    _________GYM___________

    Protein shake


    Meal 6:

    {this is the first solid post work out meal, an hour after lifting}

    7oz chicken breast
    large salad
    1 piece of fruit
    50g brown rice {dry weight}
    100g sweet potato
    Shake

    Meal 7:

    {second solid PWO meal}

    1 cup egg whites
    1 piece of fruit
    50g rolled oats {dry weight}

    Amounts to approximately:

    Calories: 4650 Protein: 390 Carbs: 480 Fat: 150

    Oh and Im trying to "lean" bulk so I dont want to gain to much fat, (I know I will gain some bodyfat, specially after my cycle)

    so what do you think?
