what is a good diet plan to go by, just try to eat low carbs low fats and high protein??? i want to lean out with losing minimal muscle gains that i have got over the past 4 months. o yea and i was heavier when younger, so i have like stretched skin around my abs any way to get that shit tighter???

    age: 22
    Height: 6'0
    weight: 230
    body fat: 14%

any dietary supplements that would help get it off quicker then normal or anything just let me know how u people do it.

Good way to start is to read the "How to Cut" sticky at the top of the page, slap together a diet that works for you, post it in this thread and then we'll proceed to take apart and remake it for you.

ooo ok i read it now, that diet plan is kinda easy to follow yet, expensive but what should i eat mostly of when it says proteins and should i stay away from milks? cuz i tend to have yogurt with craisins about 2-3 hours b4 i goto sleep to help regulate my digestive system and every morning i wake up and eat mini wheats about 2 servings + 8oz of milk. then throughout the day i try to eat something every 2-3 hours but its not always a peice of lean protein. any ideas on what to eat and what times, and what time should i goto bed every nite. ive heard eggs are really good source of protein. but could i eat like 10 egg whites a day to substitute the other proteins? im new @ this but ive been workin out the wrong way for years, even though im still big.
