im currently on a version of keto thet pinnacle helped me set up and i take 16g fat per meal and 4- g protein but for the first two weeks the fat rapidly dropped but this week im hovering around the same weight and it kinda feels like theres more to pinch on my stomach than there was last week, is the fat shifting? is this normal? or do i need to down the fats now to 13g a meal so i can start to lose again, maybee it's normal maybee too much fat now that im 15 pounds lighter than when i started???
