I'm doing Dave's diet
meal 1 : 8 eggs half white (some times i add cheese)
meal 2 : 50 grams of protein shake table spoon of peanut butter
meal 3 : 8 oz off chicken breast / half cup of almonds (dry roasted) so good
meal 4 : 50 grams of protein shake table spoon of peanut butter
work out + 30 min cardio
meal 5 : right after work out 50 grams of protein shake
meal 6 : fat meal chicken wings or steak or kobasy or more eggs
tell me what you think i should change if any thing.....ty
