    Diet help

    I'm doing Dave's diet

    meal 1 : 8 eggs half white (some times i add cheese)

    meal 2 : 50 grams of protein shake table spoon of peanut butter

    meal 3 : 8 oz off chicken breast / half cup of almonds (dry roasted) so good

    meal 4 : 50 grams of protein shake table spoon of peanut butter

    work out + 30 min cardio

    meal 5 : right after work out 50 grams of protein shake

    meal 6 : fat meal chicken wings or steak or kobasy or more eggs

    tell me what you think i should change if any thing.....ty

    Are you cutting carbs out completely?

    Mostly i have one cheat meal a week which is just pasta and some bread (same day every week)

    I couldn't do this diet myself. I did it for a week(clean) and never got into this magical keto state.

    Works well for me just hard at day 3 after cheat meal...

    i couldnt do this either diet didnt work for me but good luck its good for some i guess

    If it works for you then go for it. I would have zero energy. Heck, I don't think I could get out of bed, much less go to the gym
