Hey guys I was wondering if I could get some help on a cutting diet..ive been bulking for some time now and I haven't really looked into cutting so I don't have a good idea on what to do..
Stats: 17 years old
5'8-9'
175 lbs 12-13% body fat
I know the basic foods for protein are tuna, chicken breast, lean steak, and fat free turkey.
Basic diet:
Meal 1: 1/2 cup oatmeal
whey protein
Meal 2: 2 cans tuna? (don't know if too much or too little)
Meal 3(Generally post workout): flax seed oil
whey protein
Meal 4: chicken breast (not sure how much again)
As for meal 5 and 6 im not sure what to eat. The majority of the diet seems to be repetitive..
