My bulk diet
Hye I was hoping some will has some input on my bulk diet. Im 6'1 148lbs, 11-13%bf, im very skinny and need some serious LBM. I have a slower metabolism and tend to store bodyfat, I used to weight over 300 lost everything naturally took 4 years. So given that im really not looking to put on fat just clean mass. I lift 5 days a week and do light cardio for 30 mins on my off days. Im also curious if anyone has any input on zig zag my calories on off days and lowering my carbs. TIA
