Im 18 years old at 11.5% body fat, been working out consistently for about a year and a half. I'm trying to get to about an 8% body fat before I start concentrating heavy on bulking up. Although my diet was always decent, I recently cleaned it up even more and wanted to make sure there was anything I was doing wrong or something I could do better... Here it is

Moring- 6 egg whites, half a cup of oatmeal, 6-12 blueberries and a small glass of orange juice

Snack- Pure protien 35g protien shake can, or carrots, or a cup of No Fat yogurt with 1/4 cup of nuts

Lunch- Either chicken with a cup of wheat pasta, or brown rice, or a low carb wrap/ or tuna on wheat bread or with a cup wheat pasta

Snack- Either No Fat Yogurt, Carrots, Nuts, red grapes, what ever is different from my first snack

Post Gym- A scoop of Syntha 6 protien mixed with water and a small banana blended in every other day

Dinner- Usually a chicken wrap or chicken with brown rice or chicken with a sweet potato and brocolli, or tuna pasta with mixed vegitables. occasionally a lean steak or a piece of salmon with brown rice and vegitables

-I take 3 Amino fuels with each meal, then fish oil, multi-vitamin, and vitamin-c in the morning
-Creatine pre workout
-Glutamine post workout
-Cardio 4-5 times a week for 20-30 minutes with conditioning training incoorporated into weight training workouts

Any suggestions on impovement would be appreciated, even if its just an idea to cut one thing out or put one thing in. I was thinking of taking a fat burner but heard they are mostly garbage, so any ideas on that would be great too.
