You've got a lot of shakes in there, I suppose 2 here or 2 there is ok, but remember 2 shakes is ok, 3 shakes is a wank.

    Just kidding...

Do those shakes contain much sugar? I only use the simple carb ones immediately PWO. The rest of the time I use one that has <1% sugars.

too many shakes... if you want two do it for between main meals (1breakfast - 2shake & snack -3 lunch - 4shake & snack - 5dinner - 6and some protein before you go to bed)

-if you want or need to add a third (seems like your doing it for the protein?? maybe??) do it before you go to bed - def make that one with h20

-animal meat = protein i would like to see more meat in your diet...

-and do you plan on a cheat meal every two weeks or every week?

    - how long do you plan on being this diet?

    - i burn 2450 cals a day just living (6 foot 3 and 229 this am), so your cals seem low to me at 2400, just mentioning this - remember if you try to loose too much weight two quick you will loose muscle, so i would suggest 1 - 2 lbs a week... back to the cals : so you have to figure how many cal your going to spend at the gym, cardio, and at work or school... i would recommend that you start off (if you have not done this before) cutting 300ish cals a day and adding cardio burining 300ish cals a day, 5 days a week + lifting. and re adjust after 30 days - (thats if you have got a good base line for you normal weight loss)

    - also one more thing to consider - what was your diet like before and what is you weight goal? if you only need to cut 5 lbs or you looking to suck down 25 lbs?

    - all of this is just MO,

keep us informed of what you did and what your a doing -

I would add another meal to make up the 40g pro and 30g carbs to meet your calculated macros (I didn't check them but they look maybe a tad low on the calorie side).

    Chicken and yams always good.
