    My diet for today( request from last night)

    I was asked to post this today, thanks.

    8:30-1 cup oat meal
    9:00-1 protein shake
    10:00 hour and 15 of cardio
    12:00- two chicken breasts(fresh lime and pepper) 10 ounces of carrots, 5 onces of corn.
    3:00- fresh filet of yellow fin tuna 8 ounces(non-fat dressing on top, 2 table spoons
    7:00(will eat) two filets of yellow fin with fire roasted tomatoes and two cups of veggies.
    8:30 Work out(arms) maybe 30 min of cardio on the bike
    10:00 protein shake.

    crash out around 11 or 12

    What do you think?

    I would say start with the stickys on this section, keep your diet simple for now, add some eggs with your oatmeal and just keep reading. What are your stats?

    Age?
    Weight?
    Height?
    Goals (Bulk up, Cut, Lean up ect.

    Without these details, the kind people here really can't help you.

    Ok im goin for it.

    posted above- goals are to add 10-15 lbs of muscle and loose 10-15 lbs of fat

    Horrible. Carrots are the most horrible of all Veggies (Too much Sugar), Same Goes to Corn. (If you are cutting)
    Are you doing morning cardio for performance reasons or fat burn? ( I dont see the point in the cup of oats if you are doing it for fat burn, Run on an empty Stomach)

    I assume you are cutting. If you are not then replace the carrots with a sweet Potato, Brown Rice Oatmeal.
