8:30-1 cup oat meal
9:00-1 protein shake
10:00 hour and 15 of cardio
12:00- two chicken breasts(fresh lime and pepper) 10 ounces of carrots, 5 onces of corn.
3:00- fresh filet of yellow fin tuna 8 ounces(non-fat dressing on top, 2 table spoons
7:00(will eat) two filets of yellow fin with fire roasted tomatoes and two cups of veggies.
8:30 Work out(arms) maybe 30 min of cardio on the bike
10:00 protein shake.
