Anyways, yah, anything with a tortilla shell is usually quite high in sugars. I just grab a take-out fork and eat the filling and toss the wrap.
PS- if you want a good chipotle substitute without all the crap in some of the commercial ones, just buy some bruschetta and whip in some low fat mayo

Nice, I usually got Barbacoa with black and pinto beans, salsa/HOT ..and some lettuce. But, It would be double wrapped because I hate it when it falls apart
This is why I hate when Im trimming down, no mexican cuisine. When Im bulking its Taco del mar or Mucho Burrito 3 times a week with 2 sides of hot sauce
