When you cheat, how many cals do you think can be justified?
the past few weeks, i've only been doing a japs steak house chicken plate with that really good shrimp sauce, but last night I got out of hand.
6 slices of "the works" from papa johns
a few chicken tenders
2 nice slices of cheesecake
about a half a bag of cheese doodles
and about 6 beers
I feel like crap today, not hungry, feel like throwing up at each meal, decent workout but a little weak in the gym.
Pretty sure it was the awful choices I made last night, anyone have this effect from over cheating?
