getting back into it after gaining alota weight... is this cutting diet to extreme?

So it's been close to a year since I've stayed dedicated at the gym. So the past year Ive been eating whatever, drinking whenever, and not lifting at all. At my prime i was 180 with about 15% body fat maxing my bench at 275lb. Now im 180 prolly 35% body fat if not more(totally an estimate). Def not happy with the way i look and trying to get back to my prime by summer or even spring break =P. so this is my diet i plan on sticking with for the next couple of months

-1 hour cardio as soon as i wake up
-4 eggs, scoop of protein with a half a cup of raw oats

    bout 3-4 hours later
grilled chicken or steak with a teaspoon or oil or can of tuna with full fat mayo

after this meal I will have very similar meals every 4 hours about. this will be just chicken steak or tuna with some veggies for my meal after my workout whenever i get to do it throughout the day. the only other will be the pwo protein shake which will simply be a protein shake consisting of a scoop of protein with a banana or some kind of fruit for some carb.

I feel that personally low carb cuts fat off real quick and i also plan on trying one of the lipoflame stacks

i would appreciate any kind of advice and tips on how i should use the lipoflame stack into this kind of diet.

    thankyou

I dont know how to get macros exact lol i know its gonna be around 40-45 grams of protein 30 grams carbs for the morning

every other meal will just be about 30-40 grams of protein thats it ill prolly add some kinda carb in one of the other meals a day

but im most curious about the lipoflame stack if anyone has advice of how i should take that. i messaged the guy that promotes it but havent got a response yet so any advice?

I just started to get back into the swing of things myself. at 35% bf you should be able to lose quite a bit by just being consitstant in your diet and working out.

I try to keep it simple and keep my meals roughly the same which makes it easy for me. lean meat, carb, veg

Meat: Salmon, Chicken, Tuna, Steak, Turkey, eggs

    Carbohydrates.
Beans (black, red or pinto), Brown rice, Whole wheat bread, potatoes

Vegetables: Stir fry mix, Spinach, green beans, asparagus, salad, stewed tomatoes (I put tomatoes in the veg category even though they are not

    Fats:
    Nuts: almonds, cashews, pistachios
    avocado
