    hate fish

    Hi fellas

    I cannot stand fish.....the smell, texture and taste, so was wondering what could substitue. I know there is supplements ect, but in most of the diets or cycle meals I look at the majority mention tuna and usually lots of it, but it makes me phsyically sick, any ideas what I could have in the same amounts to give me the same vitimins ect

    you have this prob with all fish or only tuna?

    chicken, lean turkey, lean beef.

    or, just suck it up to achieve your goals. There are a lot of good tuna recipes on here.

    Any other lean protein source will do. Most diets aren't calling for fish they're just suggesting it as an alternative protein source. Like derek said; chicken, turkey, beef..etc. All are good options.

    thanks for the quick reply fellas, I hate all fish infact the only thing I eat from the sea is muscles and prawns, I eats lots of lean meat like chicken and turkey, I just feel as though I'm missing out in my meals because of this

    Even crabs and lobster ? Mmmmmm lobster, i think i am going to get that this weekend.
