ok so im looking to drop 30-35 pounds been lifting on and off for while but never took dieting serious at all and always wonderd why i wasnt seeing any results.
ill post my diet below and hopefull some of you guys who are a little more exsperianced can tell me if its ok or if im doing anything wrong. i will be doing 30 mins cardio every day along with a hard weight training workout 3 days a week.
im 6ft 226lbs and 21 years old
meal one
1 weetabix (dont know if you guys have that in the states or not) and a bananna
meal two
boiled egg and chicken
meal 3 before cardio and workout
weetabix and bananna
meal 4 after workout
boiled egg with more chicken
meal 5
lagre portion of chicken with salad and a few casu nuts(no dressing)
i will be swaping the chicken around with staek and fish during the week so i dont get to sick of it and is it a good idea to buy a shake if im looking to lose weight and if so when should i add it into my daily intake.
i hope someone can point me in the right direation as i have no idea what im doing. thanks guys
