Help!!!!!
I need some help with the diet thing. I watched the videos and read some posts, and I am still a little confused. My stats are as follows:
27 years old
6' 0"
200 pounds
BMR - 2055.5
BMI - 26.38 (However I did the calculation on the online calculator and I don't see how I am at 26.38% Body Fat. Don't think it is accurate.)
I recently took a new job and have skipped the gym for about 5 months now. I will have to work out in the morning now and need a little bit of help to create a diet to accomidate the switch in schedule. I am some what new to trying to create a diet that will work for me, so any information will help. I will also post any needed info to help. Thanks in advance!

My diet changes all the time it depends on my daily activities, but for the most part I try and get 65% to 70% protein 20% complex carbs, 10% healthy fats...Now I try to get 8 meals a day but sometimes I only have time for 6....there are several web sites out there that will do you cal count for you......and my cal count is around 3000 to 3700, give it time and listen to your body it will tell you what you need. Most gyms will check your BF% for free and at the start I would get it check at least once a month and as time goes by ever other week..I hope this has helped you

BMI and BF are two totally different numerations from different formulas...
You need to come up with a proposed diet for a critique... Have meal times (should be 6 meals or more), what you're eating, and the macros (protein/carbs/fat/calories) for those foods
