Diet plan critique, cardio question, etc

Hey guys thought Id post my plan and see what you guys thought....been on it for about a week and half and just wanted to make sure there was any ine tuning anyone can see.

    Stats: 35, 5'11", currently 232

Goals to drop fat as much as possible w/o losing muscle obviously. Would like to drop down another one, maybe two jeans size within 60 days or 20 lbs of fat.
Running 1.5cc of Test Cyp, twice a week (TRT)

    CALS-PRO-CARB-FAT
    MEAL #1
    5 eggs, 350-30-5-22.5
    1/2c salsa, 10-0-0-2

    MEAL #2
    4oz Sliced Turkey, 90-16-2-1
    2oz cheese, 220-14-2-1
    2tbsp natty pb, 190-7-7-15

    MEAL #3
    Chicken Breast, 240-54-0-8
    1/2 cup veg, 40-0-8-0

    MEAL #4
    4oz Sliced Turkey, 90-16-2-1
    2oz cheese, 220-14-2-1
    2tbsp natty pb, 190-7-7-15

    MEAL #5
    Chicken Breast, 240-54-0-8
    1/2 cup veg, 40-0-8-0

    PWO
    56g Whey, 220-42-4-4

    TOTALS, Cals-2140, Pro-254, Carbs-49, Fat-98.5

The only thing I did not have was the macro values for the gatorade I mix in my shaker cup for the pwo, about 3/4 full mixed, around 500ml

Workout plan is 5 days a week, althought the days vary, single dad, gym daycare hours, etc, but in there 5 times a week.

Cardio question?...I do not want to compromise any muscle s? am I correct in thinking low intensity, long duration is the best for this? I could most likely do about 30-40 mins post workout if this is the preferred method of maintaining muscle and still trying to max cardio for fat loss.

All liquids are either water, unsweet tea or art. sweetened leamonade

Have the items to run a ECA stack as well but havent pulled the trigger and started it.

Any thoughts, reommendations, etc would be greatly appreciated at this point.

hmmm if your goal is to run low / no carb diet - you need to nix the gatorade pwo ..it will defeat the purpose of no/low carb imo. Plus the benfit to a keto (no carb diet) is that you can maintain weight at low caloric intake due to high fat intake and moderate protein. I dont feel caloric restriction in most cases will result in maximum mass retention while losing bodyfat (if not using steroids to assist). In other words pick a diet - low/no carb ...or more traditional type low fat with proper caloric intakes. JMO...
Oh and i like the cardio plan ...just take in pwo shake immediately following cardio....

What would be a good alternative for the PWO instead of the gatorade to help with the absorbtion of the whey?

imo its not necessary esp at this stage ....id dimply do whey and id actually add olivel oil or macadamia nut oil or take some flax or fish oil with it... jmo....
oh and id 86 the salsa ...go with fiberous veggie or something (being picky but jmo ..at least drop portion size to keep carbs at 5g)
