    a bit confused

    ok my bf is 20.6 % now i d a cycle of test400llready i think i shouldev waited and go on a lower bf but i started allready now i knoe,,,thinking as im on a low cal diet i try tot 1700 even less but now im thinking bouted that to a higher protein so i can built more muscle bigger muscle and then when im done my cycle ill concetrate on my body fat ,, thing is the diet is hard i dont know wioch has more carbs or things like that i weould need a diet in order to grow muscle witouth gaining any fat

    How many times a day do you eat?
    What does each meal consist of?
    What do you do for cardio?
    What other training if any do you do?

    even without stats, 1700 cals seems too low.

    23 202 u can se a lil how my body is on my album but right now as i allready started test and cant go back might as well finish it gain the muscle and after the cycle start loosing bf..cut i need the proper diet in order to grow and noof fat thnks

    i eat bout5 times but i eat lets say in the morning i eat oatmeal with my shake isoflex the low carb one 1g at 12pm bout 260 cal frozen food 3pm celery peach honeymelon 5pmfrozen food 5 to 600 cal and right after training my shake again then i dont eat until next morning but this way cuz iying to loose now i wanna gain mass then loss fat i know its suppose to b the contrary but its done

    how long ago did you start your cycle?

    yes, it is possible to discontinue the cycle with proper pct

    go check out the diet forum stickys, and when you get something down for your needs, post it for critique.

    meanwhile, start hitting that bike in the corner of your room.

    i know thaths why im tryingto get a good one ut i wanna know if what im thinkin is right i wanna built the muscle lets say hight protein diet or just eat regularly 6 times 3 shakes so i can builkt the muscle while on this cycle and then when im done start loosing bf cutting

    thnks ima chek that jaut wanna know one thing should i bulk now and then cut or just cut now and then bulk cuz it would b a waste of product if im not gorwing should i look for a bulking diet

    I would suggest cutting as much as possible and get your diet in check before ever doing another cycle.

    ok so i get the point sbout bulking its clear got it now i need to get the point of cutting while im on test i can stil;l cut on test and see good results right now i just wana as much results i can i do 4 time a week cardio and im strting boxing 3 times a week

    tuna 10oz
    sweet potatos 12oz

    8am etc etc

    we need to see your diet structure before we can critique it

    this isn't written out, for example, 12pm 260cal frozen food? that could ben and jerrys for all i know, write out in detail

    that's a matter of preference, i prefer high carb/high protein/low fat during cutting and bulking
