ok my bf is 20.6 % now i d a cycle of test400llready i think i shouldev waited and go on a lower bf but i started allready now i knoe,,,thinking as im on a low cal diet i try tot 1700 even less but now im thinking bouted that to a higher protein so i can built more muscle bigger muscle and then when im done my cycle ill concetrate on my body fat ,, thing is the diet is hard i dont know wioch has more carbs or things like that i weould need a diet in order to grow muscle witouth gaining any fat
