consistant diet and cardio bro!!!!! Nothing more, nothing less!!! Take 220 - age X 65% = target h.r. This is just a guide for fat burning. Do steady state cardio 5 days/week for 45 min/day keeping you h.r. in that zone and you should be fine. Currently I do 45 min 10 degree incline, 3.5 mph. My h.r. ranges between 118 and 128 bpm. So far I have lost 6 lbs since Jan 5th, but my clothes fit better, Im a bit more vascular, and my abs are jumping out![]()
^^^ agreed, i like running better tho gets ur endurance up a bit as well
i believe the best cardio is ur basic treadmill walk those pounds off
I got my body fat down to 3% for a show. I never ran once. I did the stationary bike and treadmill at a good pace. Too much running will lose lots of Muscle. Just be careful.
Pick one or the other.
I like sex for cardio, it seems to burn the most fat for me, and her.

hm running can make u lose muscle??? i figured if u ran like 10 miles, the typical 2 gives me a good sweat, then i do 1/2 mile sprints

Well after seeing that link FireGuy posted i would find it hard to believe that many people could really get to 3%
