1cup oatmeal
1cup of blueberry

SNACK 1
protein shake (i got isoflex low carb)
low fat yogourt

MEAL 1
3/4 brown rice
8oz chiken
1cup vegetable

SNACK 2
protein shake

MEAL 2
5oz baked potatoe (white potatoe)
8 oz either chiken breast or lean steak

BEDTIME
1/2 cup cottage cheese
protein with skim milk
