    Talking Update! Nark..Great results!

    Jusat wanted to let you know that my diet is working AMAZINGLY!. Weighed in at the Doctors office when I went to get blood work done..And I have dropped 7 pounds in fat, and have gained atleast a solid two pounds of muscle on my NATURAL cutting diet!!. Was at 178, at around 15% BF, Now to 170! Special thanks to NARK. All this took place within about 2.5 weeks. Ill be getting my blood work results around monday in the mail. I wish I could take PICS, but my camera(phone) is super shitty. Goin to keep this gowin until I dropped to about 6%bf
