Hey Guys! Just a quick question as I seem to get a lot of different answers from different sources:

Scenario: 6'4" Male, 240 Lbs, Age 35. I'm a little overweight (had back surgery about 4 months ago). My goal is to lose about 20-25lbs. I've been doing cardio (bike) and lifting (minimal options w/ weak lower back). I try and eat right.. Again-my goal is not to be a body builder or bulk up, I want to get tone and strong as I move forward.

My question is--How much daily protein should I eat a day?
