    my diet

well, here it is. its probably not great. but, diet is definately the hardest part for me. i try to stay as sane as possible. training's the fun part. i've lost about 15lbs like this without cardio but i've stalled. so in goes the cardio. anyway here's what i'm working with.

    26
    6'3

    4 egg whites 120, 24, 0, 4
    2 whole eggs 180, 16, 10, 0

    915 weight train

    1030 pwo meal 2: bsn true mass 630, 46, 16, 76

    1130 ppwo meal 3: designer whey 300, 54, 6, 9

    1 slice of cheese 100, 8, 7, 1

    430meal 5: 10oz chicken breast tenderloin 300, 58, 4, 0

    *700 meal 6: 12oz tilapia 384, 80, 7, 0

*meal 6 is always something along these parameters ie: other fish, lean beef, lamb, or something

totals for this day would be 2,424kcal, 362 grams of protein, 55 grams of fat, 128 grams of carbs.

that's it. do you guys think i'm on the right track?

    In bold.

the carbs look low, imo. I wouldn't make it on 128g of carbs and working out. and I don't see any good fat sources.

this is just off the top of my head, and I'm no diet expert, compared to some others on this board.

i cook fish in an olive oil based "butter" that has ***** 3's and 6's in it season with lime, garlic, cilantro and the like. i'm pretty carb sensitive and don't do anything but work out and sit around the house. so, my carbs are low because of that purpose. and i feel pretty good all day. i'm not running around an office or a job site all day burning up physical and mental energy. as far as good fat sources, what sources do you suggest? here's a list of the bsn tru mass ingredients. because, i'm not exactly sure, but i think most of those fats are MCTs and efa's. maybe you can spot where most of the fats are coming from.
