depends on your schedule and goals

I tried to keep higher GI fruits to earlier in the day so not to spike my sugar in the evenings, but you can eat fruit

What kind of fruit? Most of em are good/excellent. I hope they aren't your main carb source though.

fruits are great during a bulk; helps liven up your meals while still keeping it 'clean' ... they're some fruits that are calorie dense, so you gotta take that into consideration though

I used to rarely eat fruit, but have been hitting bananas and apples hard lately. I'll try to get something (usually banana) mid morning to keep my brain alive then i'll have something before a workout for some energy (along with some oatmeal and whey). I havnet noticed anything negative at all from it. Fruit is the shit!

nothing wrong with fruit, but use it in moderation. i praise fruits and veggies, but if you want a better idea of what we think, maybe let us know how much of what and when.
