Hey everyone, well I'm 19 years old and truthfully im about 115 pounds if not less. Most of this is my fault, I eat alot but lately I have been sleeping alot during the day and waking up in the afternoon and having 2 meals that whole day. I know this has to stop, so basically I need all sorts of help. I know steroids are not the way to go, I can hurt myself at my weight, so that is why I posted this here in the diet section. I need someone to help me put together a consistent diet and workout to help me gain as much as you guys think is possible. Please share anymore info you think I need to know, thanks alot.
