Now ive bee doing my normal routine eating around 2500-2800 calories per day on training days and 2000 on cardio days, since i started ive just been eating the same around 2800 per day split up of around 250-300g pro 200-225g carbs and about 75-100g fat. should i up the carbs to around 300 as well? cuz upping the protein i dont want to do unless i ahve 2 cuz its expensive as shit. fat only comes from the nuts, cottage cheese, 2% milk and the meats.
The whole reason for this is i seem to b hungry a lot more often and i goto the bathroom @ least twice a day now.
