Hmm diet on cycle
Now ive bee doing my normal routine eating around 2500-2800 calories per day on training days and 2000 on cardio days, since i started ive just been eating the same around 2800 per day split up of around 250-300g pro 200-225g carbs and about 75-100g fat. should i up the carbs to around 300 as well? cuz upping the protein i dont want to do unless i ahve 2 cuz its expensive as shit. fat only comes from the nuts, cottage cheese, 2% milk and the meats.
The whole reason for this is i seem to b hungry a lot more often and i goto the bathroom @ least twice a day now.

height 6'0
weight 223 as of 2day, but it seems like im getting ripped as shit just eating normally like i was b4 i started current cycle, might have a bit of bloating cuz i seem 2 have swelled up like a balloon, yet i lost 2 lbs in 5 days and i look wayyyy more bigger then what i was b4 last sunday
