This is what have so far i want to stay away from protein shakes i want to have around 4,000 calories 300grams of protein
Meal 1 Pro/Carb
8 egg whites 1 cup of oatmeal
Meal 2 Pro/Fat
Lean Ground Beef?
Meal 3 Pro/Carb
Chicken Breast ?
Meal 5
not sure
Meal 6
Boneless skinless Chicken Breast ?
Meal 7 Pro/Fat
Protein choice ?
Meal 8
before bed ?
i know needs alot of work any advice would thnx in advance
