how much protein & carbs to take per day?
i eat alot of protein and carbs everyday but never know if i am eating too many carbs or not enough protein.

It varies for everyone and depends on your goals (cutting , bulking)
check out the stickies in the diet section, there are formulas on how to figure out your caloric requirements for your goals
Depends on weight, how much you are training etc.
it tells me i have to have 100 gms of fat what do you suggest i should have for this?
What are the other 2 macros coming out to?
there are plenty of good fats out there
olive oil
salmon
steak
nuts
just to name a few
