Ive been using cottage cheese before bed w 1T sugar free jam. Its getting a little old. Any other suggestions? I just tried w/natty p.b. but I guess youre supposed to put it the microwave a bit to loosen up the p.b.?Oh well, lol.

Cottage Cheese and Broccoli.... Warm the broccoli up a lil bit in the microwave and dump some CC on it, Mmmmmm love that stuff!!

I know Jiff or one of them makes a great natural peanut butter now. No need to stir, it is smooth, and tastes good. My girl got some and I sneak it every now and then.
Ive been using a probiotic yoghurt mixed with mine.
splenda and cinnamon.

I usually mix in a tsp of whey protein or cinnamon. Both taste good
